YES! Please populate box 24H! Without it, we are forced to manually enter hundreds of claims. This one edit will save us hours of time and also positively affect all members using Medicaid, as for several states box 24H is mandatory to complete. If it is not completed, claims are denied. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

Allow me to indicate that a client has the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment benefit as part of their health plan and populate the appropriate box on the claim form.

Add a radio button in the Bill To and Insurance or in the Insurer Edit section to select that an EPSDT Referral is needed, and it will put a Y in box 24H

Please allow us to fill in line 24 H. It is a Medicaid requirement now. Since I will get denied without it being filled in, I have to edit the form print it out and mail it in. Mail is so slow now so that takes a while, then it takes even longer since its paper billing. It would be much simpler to just check YES in Theranest and it populate on the 1500. I can't even recommend the system to anyone in my state that takes Medicaid because they will just go with a system that keeps them from having to print out forms and mail them or use a different system to upload the form. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

This is very important, as I am having to re-submit every claim on the Medicaid website due to claims getting denied because box 24H is not filled in. This takes more time on my end. I pay each week for these claims to be submitted, therefore, I should not have to take my own time to re-submit each claim due to this simple fix on Theranest's end.
