I would like clients to be able to check in to appointments and e-sign. I created a form for my organization in Theranest but it is tedious to have to create a note just to capture an e-signature for insurance purposes. I envision a more self serve approach in which the client check in, sign, and the responses are stored in a log for provider records. Much like you would see on a self serve kiosk at the doctor.
