    Please have a box for Yes or No for 24H on the CMS 1500 so that Theranest can link with Office Ally so we do not have to switch EMRs. TherapyAppointment and other EMR platforms offer this.

    Please add ability to populate the yes or no response needed for 24H box on the CMS 1500 due to Medicaid Billing. Without this added we will have to change platforms due to this as it is a REQUIREMENT for medicaid billing.

    This should be initials only. This is not HIPAA compliant. I cannot control my staff's settings and if they don't set up their account correctly, they are getting full names in their emails.

    When I give my therapists a payout statement, I have to blank out the names in order to give them their payout statement. It would be great to run payroll and have the client ID instead of the full name. It is not HIPAA compliant when thinking about payout reports
