An error occurred while saving the comment For teletherapy sessions, it would be extremely helpful to have the client have to pay their copay prior to being admitted into their teletherapy session. This would make it so the client could not accrue a high balance without payment, and would allow the therapist to get paid more promptly. Having it be mandatory to pay the copay prior to the session beginning would be exactly like it is when a client is seen in the office and the receptionist takes the copay before the client is called back for the session.
