ASAP! Insurance is requiring justification for dx. Also, we need to be able to list the initial assessment as "Provisional Diagnosis" with a space to place rule-outs.

It would be beneficial to have a separate box to list criteria to support the working diagnosis in the initial assessment.

When I'm completing an initial assessment, allow me to include clinical assessments or the scores from clinical assessments (e.g., CBCL, GAD-7, etc.) into my document.

Adding Clinical Impression & Diagnostic Summary to the Initial Assessment. Is there a way to add this feature to the initial assessment, as well as the mental status examination. Often time when requested by insurance companies they would like to see the explanation to justify the dx and a summary of why a person needs Tx.

Link TheraNest's assessment and treatment plan to Medi-Cal's. An assessment and treatment plan is already required by Medi-Cal. It would be helpful to not have to fill out the assessment/treatment plan twice.

It's not enough to just list the diagnosis on assessments but to note criteria, symptomatology, clinicians initial clinical impression and treatment. Perhaps this can be added to the Tentative Treatment Goals & Plans section or a made to be separate section altogether.

I would like to see the Initial Assessment page fully customizable to add/delete sections. This would make Theranest more user-friendly for those of us NOT in mental health.
