    It's my understanding that Simple Practice allows clients to sign their plans through a portal. As it stands in Theranest, there is no convenient way for Telehealth Clients to sign their treatment plan.

    A client initially started services with in 2020 and returned this year 2023. However the new intake assessment reads 2020. This looks poorly to auditors who are assessing whether the intake assessments were signed in a timely manner. For example, the intake date is 10/01/2020 and the signature date is 03/15/2023. Please revise. Thank you kindly.

    Recommended change to the "Initial Assessment & Diagnostic Code" form. Please add "Legal History" (i.e.custody, guardianship, pending litigation) this way I will be in compliance with AZ State, Outpatient Treatment regulation R9-10-1011. Thank you
