    Is there a way to add a summary section to the initial assessment to summarize care and provide the rationale for the diagnosis

    Adding Clinical Impression & Diagnostic Summary to the Initial Assessment. Is there a way to add this feature to the initial assessment, as well as the mental status examination. Often time when requested by insurance companies they would like to see the explanation to justify the dx and a summary of why a person needs Tx.
