    ASAP! Insurance is requiring justification for dx. Also, we need to be able to list the initial assessment as "Provisional Diagnosis" with a space to place rule-outs.

    Also, the intake date is not consistent with their first appointment. I don't know where Theranest is pulling this front, but appointments get moved around and it needs to show the correct INITIAL date that they were assessed.

    We absolutely MUST be able to add annual assessments. Insurance companies require this before authorization. Presenting problems change. Diagnosis codes must be updated with justification for the changes. This is imperative to getting paid. As it stands, I have to use the initial assessment and put addendums all over the place.
