    The address from client details used to carry over to the insurance tab and stay, but now it clears when you change the relationship to the insured. This is causing unnecessary administrative burden. More often than not, the address does NOT change for the spouse or child of a subscriber. What is happening now is that it clears and this isn't noticed until I am trying to submit the claim. I then have to go to the client details to copy the address and paste in the insurance tab before I can submit the claim.

    Yes! It used to automatically carry over from client details, but it disappears when the relationship to insured changes. This should not happen. It is an administrative burden. More often than not, the address does not change for a subscriber's spouse or child.

    This would be EXTREMELY helpful for the administration! There are many reasons we would like to be able to add a task for a provider.

    Please add alerts/reminders for tasks. The task idea is great, however most people who are likely using this feature are also ones who will struggle to remember to check their task page. Alerts would be extremely helpful.

    This would be extremely helpful to make the payment processed more efficient. Individually selecting ERAs to process and write-off is timely.

    It would be extremely helpful and cut down on call volume if clients were able to see their invoices and payments in their portal. When a copay is charged to the credit card on file, they are not able to see what that applied to. They should be able to view invoices and payments in their portal to have easy access to understand what a charge was for.

    Please add the option to sort invoices in the Process Existing Invoices tab by date of service. We run note signature and missing note reports by date of service.

    Please prevent claims from being sent when the DOS progress note has not been signed by the provider.

    Right now, we are unable to submit a claim is there is a missing note, but this feature would save a lot of time in running note signature report for billing.
    We could 'check claims for error' and get an alert when there is not signature.
