An error occurred while saving the comment Most states require Annual Updates with new or ongoing symptoms, updates to Tx Plan, and updates to diagnosis. We should be able to fill out the assessment form multiple times with the date of the CURRENT assessment. As it is now, I have to go in and add multiple addendums each time a client shows new symptoms or resolves old symptoms and justify my new diagnosis.
The "mobile-friendly" version of Theranest is in no way friendly. The calendar doesn't even show the date of each day. It only shows the beginning date of the week. It is difficult to see on a phone and not easy to navigate. I loved using the old app, which is why I joined Theranest. I still use it for some of the old features but it needs to be reinstated and updated.
