The app is a necessity! Using the browser on my phone is a nightmare. It is not mobile friendly. The calendar is terrible. It doesn't even show the date of each day. It doesn't scroll down appropriately. If you try to delete a repeating event, it just takes you to the client's details page, so I have to do it on my laptop. Every other EHR has a useful app. Why doesn't Theranest?

The mobile website is awful! The calendar doesn't show the individual dates, so I have to guess. It also doesn't scroll down with the dates. Further, it won't allow me to cancel repeating appointments; it just sends me to the client details page. Please reinstate the app!!!

The "mobile-friendly" version of Theranest is in no way friendly. The calendar doesn't even show the date of each day. It only shows the beginning date of the week. It is difficult to see on a phone and not easy to navigate. I loved using the old app, which is why I joined Theranest. I still use it for some of the old features but it needs to be reinstated and updated.

Agreed! Using the "mobile friendly" version is difficult and not user friendly. Especially with the calendar, which does not display the date of each day as it does on the old app or the desktop. Please bring back the app!!!

Agreed! I forget to look at my tasks so they're usually missed and I'm not alerted. The whole point is to be reminded of what's due. Please link this to our alerts.

Most states require Annual Updates with new or ongoing symptoms, updates to Tx Plan, and updates to diagnosis. We should be able to fill out the assessment form multiple times with the date of the CURRENT assessment. As it is now, I have to go in and add multiple addendums each time a client shows new symptoms or resolves old symptoms and justify my new diagnosis.
