It would be very helpful to have reminders of notes and other documentation that are incomplete. This would save my having to either scroll through the chart of all of my clients, or keep a separate record to tasks completed for each patient.

It would be really helpful to have a link on the main client page which will allow us to contact them without having to cut and paste their contact info. For example, having a link to their phone number would allow us to call them directly when we are accessing Theranest from our phone. Having a link with their email would allow us to email them, etc.

I agree with the others. I would like to be notified in some way of tasks that are due. And another suggestion: if we assign a task to a specific client, put some kind of notification on the chart itself-such as a flag or something similar we will see when we open that chart.
