Maybe the option to auto add the task to our calendar would be helpful too.

Agreed. These tasks just sit and still require initiation from the clinician to remember they are there, etc. Please create alerts and allow us to set the alert frequency, occurrence, like setting alarms on our phones.

Is there any update on this? It is ridiculous the amount of work involved in accurately tracking refunds, recoupments, and overpayments. In order to uphold our ethical codes, we need to maintain accurate bookkeeping. It would be great to have an EHR that supports this. Ideally Theranest would allow for entry of negative amounts. This would simplify our entries.

Please add a field for insurance phone number on the insurance page in the client profile. There are so many different phone numbers for some of these insurers that is overwhelming to otherwise manage. Also it would be helpful to track expired auth numbers for billing purposes, rather than having to replace the old auth with the new auth number. Thank you.

Please add an option to close case and archive in the case screen. This would prevent us from having to take additional steps to archive clients after closing their records.
