Offer and support a mobile application
Continue supporting the mobile application because I like the convenience of it when I'm not near a computer and a mobile app is easier than using a browser.

Agreed! Using the "mobile friendly" version is difficult and not user friendly. Especially with the calendar, which does not display the date of each day as it does on the old app or the desktop. Please bring back the app!!!

Create a mobile app for telehealth and all other functions available on the client portal

I completely agree. A mobile app is critically important for convenience and overall administration. Its one of the main reasons I joined Theranest to begin with, and it was so very helpful. If there is no mobile app available, I will seriously be considering switching to another platform. Please bring back the mobile app! Thank you.

Hello, we need the full Theranest mobile app as we had it before. It was so helpful with all aspects of practice administration. One of the reasons I signed up for Tnest in the first place was that it had the mobile app for convenience. It made everything so much easier. Using Tnest on a mobile browswer simply does not work as smoothly. Frankly it's inconvenient. Please, please, please bring back the fulll Tnest mobile app! Thank you, David

PLEASE bring the app back! It was insanely useful and an important resource!! Other platforms continue to offer an app and it just seems standard at this point. If no app is being offered, then my subscription service fee should decrease. Conversely, I’d be happy to pay an additional $30-$50 per year on my annual subscription in order to have a mobile app (android and iPhone)
I have tried navigating the desktop site via my phone and it is an exceedingly poor user experience, particularly as I know the ease of use with the former mobile app.

Please bring back the mobile app for iPhone. Despite the repeated responses to me about the functionality of using the platform without it, I continue to struggle with trying to quickly and easily access, schedule and or change appts.

The mobile version (current one) is not as good as the former mobile app that is no longer supported. In the former app, I could easily view and scan my whole week. The current app is only readable one day at a time (Trying to view my week is not workable--it is too cramped and not readable). Seeing my whole week was very helpful. I still use the old app for looking at my calendar. However, I can't make appointments telehealth from there (it does not generate a link for the client). So I have to.go back and forth between them while on my phone (which I am a good deal of the time). I could also sign in with my fingerprint with the old app, which saved a lot of time and hassle, especially since my password manager doesn't always like the new mobile site.Thank you for looking at this.
(Also, this uservoice sign in did not accept my password that I copied and pasted--had to sign in with google).

Groups for Couples work do not seem to appear on the TN app. Anything that can be scheduled in calendar needs to show up on the app.

Why in the world did you get rid of the App! My only guess that makes reasonable sense is a lack of staff. The response I got from customer service was that it was taking too much of the developers time and they wanted to focus on development of the online offerings. But that doesn't make sense unless there were staffing shortages. Having an App was the reason we chose TheraNest over TherapyNotes. Our providers are not pleased-- I may start considering a change over to Simple Practice now.

This is a critical function of my practice. I use it on a daily basis! Not having it would a step backwards for TheraNest!

An absolute necessity in this mobile age.

PLEASE UPDATE AND MAINTAIN THE APP! I don't want to switch to a new EHR. This is absolutely essential in 2022. I pull up the app multiple times daily to verify schedule. It has also served as a perfect source of client contact info. when the webpage is down.

Please update the TheraNest app!! This is essential for quickly bringing up the schedule at minimum and client contact information if/when the webpage is down.

It has come to my attention that you may be doing away with the Theranest app. Indeed it is not longer in the App Store. This would be a grave mistake. As the owner of a small counseling agency, I rely a great deal in my iPhone Theranest app. You doing away with it, would certainly make me search for another platform that may have a similar feature. I have been quite pleased with Theranest these past years. However this change, I believe would be taking a step back instead of moving forward.

Create an app that can be downloaded from the App Store so that all information is visible on the screen without horizontal scrolling and so that messaging clients from the site is more easily accessible.

I often have clients text me to book/cancel/reschedule sessions while I'm not in office. Would be more convenient to have a TheraNest app on my phone that I can quickly click on to book a session rather than having to use a browser, log in to my account to go to the scheduling tab over a smaller screen on my phone to book or change a session.

We need a mobile app where we can confirm apts that clients have made - many of us work in the field and don't carry our laptops with us every minute. You wouldn't have any competition if you got this done.

I use the app multiple times a day. I use it to quickly sign documents, quickly schedule clients at the end of session, and dictate a few notes when I have a few minutes. NONE of these are possible with the web application. The web application is slow, and extremely glitchy on both phones and tablets. It is basically only usable with a mouse, so I will have to pull out my computer at the end of every single session to schedule people. The log in procedure is time consuming, and I have to log in EVERY TIME I use the web app on a mobile device. Even if I have set it aside for just a few minutes. The mobile app was one of the main reason that I chose this EHR, so this is very disappointing. I understand that the app cannot support all features of the website, but to get rid of it completely is to ignore some of the most important needs of your client base.

I use the phone app daily. Your recommendation of just go to browser and log on that way is not convenient. With the world of Apps I do not see any reason why you cannot update so it works.
