    I use the app multiple times a day. I use it to quickly sign documents, quickly schedule clients at the end of session, and dictate a few notes when I have a few minutes. NONE of these are possible with the web application. The web application is slow, and extremely glitchy on both phones and tablets. It is basically only usable with a mouse, so I will have to pull out my computer at the end of every single session to schedule people. The log in procedure is time consuming, and I have to log in EVERY TIME I use the web app on a mobile device. Even if I have set it aside for just a few minutes. The mobile app was one of the main reason that I chose this EHR, so this is very disappointing. I understand that the app cannot support all features of the website, but to get rid of it completely is to ignore some of the most important needs of your client base.

    This is the only iphone app I have ever used that did not work with apple's dictation. I have to dictate into my notes and then copy and paste!

    Most of my clients access the portal from their phone, as do most people accessing the internet anymore. It functions terribly, almost impossible to use. I have received multiple complaints, and I struggle with responding to messages, as well. It needs to be mobile friendly!
