An error occurred while saving the comment Jen Robison commentedWhy in the world did you get rid of the App! My only guess that makes reasonable sense is a lack of staff. The response I got from customer service was that it was taking too much of the developers time and they wanted to focus on development of the online offerings. But that doesn't make sense unless there were staffing shortages. Having an App was the reason we chose TheraNest over TherapyNotes. Our providers are not pleased-- I may start considering a change over to Simple Practice now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jen Robison commentedWhen doing monthly accounting it is impossible to get a accurate report on actual sessions billed because the sessions report includes the cancelled sessions that we do not collect money for-this makes for inaccurate accounting. We are forced to just delete canceled sessions which then leads to inaccurate client session ledgers that should keep track of cancelled sessions.

Schedule client services that you can disable reminders for.-- When we have case managemnent meetings, or there are mentor touchpoints that need to be billed and documented, we want to put them in the client's account, but NOT have reminders sent to the client.
