Agreed, this is a very important feature!

We have 13 rooms at one location and 6 at the other with 26 therapists. Having the ability to filter the calendar by Location/Room/Appointment Time would be amazing. That way when last minute room changes need to occure, the therapist can determine at a glance which rooms are available.

A simple report which listes hourly timeslots as the rows and each room with its own column would do fine. The only information that needs to be detailed would be the therapist's name and maybe an option to include the client's name.

We have 12 counseling rooms and it is almost impossible to know when a room is available. This capability would be so helpful in scheduling last minute sessions.

When therapists have permissions set to "Can only view assigned clients", they can't see what rooms other therapists are booked in or using. This can cause issues if there are last minute room changes or if sessions run over. It would be helpful for the appointment entries to be listed as "BUSY" with the room number still listed for those sessions, just like it does for non-session appointments.

Calendar VIew filtered by room/location would be very helpful in our practice

The ability to filter the calendar BY ROOM would help our staff immensely. We share 3 rooms among 7+ therapists at times and it gets very confusing trying to figure out what rooms are available.

instead of just showing that a clinician is "Busy" on the main calendar view, also show what room they are scheduled in. This will make it easier for other clinicians to know what rooms are not available at a glance instead of having to go into the scheduling window to determine if there is a room available.

Need access to shared calendar for multiple therapists, including therapist and room number on the calendar without giving permission for therapists to have access to each others' client information.

It would be great to be able to view the calendar by room as well as staff member so our admin team can easily reassign vacant rooms to other therapists.

It would also be great if staff can see the whole team calendar but only their own client names (with the other clinicians client names blocked out). This would also help when clinicians share clients as they could see when the client is being seen by the other therapist eg a psychologist can see when a client will be seeing the psychiatrist.

Have clinicians see the room while still maintaining the client name blocked out.

This (and 2-way calendar sync) is another reason we rely heavily on G-Suite IN ADDITION to the Theranest calendar. I would really love this function.

In our practice we are wanting to hide client personal information to keep it more private between clinicians, but that is proving to make room scheduling difficult. Is there a calendar view for computer and phone where we can simply see which rooms are being used when (as opposed to each individual therapist's schedule/"busy" blocking)?

Please allow the Calendar view to be filtered by room instead of just location. We all share offices so it is helpful to be able to see the calendar sorted by room. Thanks!

PLEASE make this happen. I need to see across a calendar when rooms are available to schedule clients. At this time, I schedule hoping a room is available and keep trying different times until a room opens up. It would be much better to look at a week and see when rooms are available and then offer clients viable options for scheduling. Right now it is hit and miss.

Yes, please!!! This is a much-needed feature for most practices that are larger than 1 or two clinicians. It would be immensely helpful to at least have a feature that shows what rooms are available at a quick glance--however that works. A graphic layout on a calendar would be awesome. Maybe even concurrent with a "Room" drop-down list in the appointment details that updates based on what rooms are actually available for the scheduled time?

It would be super helpful to add this feature along side of Agenda, Day, Week, Month, Staff.

Add another option to how you view the calendar. there is already a day, week, month and staff view. Another option would be a room view where the appointments are grouped based on the assigned rooms, similar to how they are grouped based on their assigned clinicians.

It was also be super helpful for our practice to be able to see room availability, independent of client details and independent of administrative privileges in TheraNest. Not all of our therapists have administrative privileges, and it makes room scheduling difficult for those without it because they cannot see which rooms are available through TheraNest. I know that other systems have a similar feature, too. Thank you for considering!
