    Do not show cancelled, no show or rescheduled appointments in the calendar. But still display them under the clients appointment list.

    Add another option to how you view the calendar. there is already a day, week, month and staff view. Another option would be a room view where the appointments are grouped based on the assigned rooms, similar to how they are grouped based on their assigned clinicians.

    We agree with all these comments; It would be great to search for a clients appointment in the calendar.
