Or allow the client to access and print the superbill on invoices that have already been paid. I would like to avoid sending the superbill via email.

All the order of the Intake Forms to be changes. Right now these are not able to be changed unless they are marked "yes" to Default. This is helpful as most of our forms are non-default, since they depend on the type of client and service being provided.

We are in the process of creating Intake forms for use in the client portal and are disappointed in the lack of formatting options. Please add more advanced formatting for fields such as an enhanced text editor or CSS/HTML support.

This is very needed. The intake forms seem simplistic compared to options available in other forms editors.

Yes, this would be great! I also have to always re-sort by Date Added (descending). I would love if the grid would save this sorting preference.

Please add the ability to have service types that allow us to track and report on hours in non-client work (non-billing types). This would be incredibly useful for tracking hours for licensure. Example types needed are Staff Meeting, Supervision, Training, Professional Development, Case Consultation, etc. these would not have a specific client or have a charge.

Allow the clinician to copy text from previously sent messages in the client portal. Right now, the text cannot be copied. This would save time to allow the clinician to copy then edit text that is often used in standard messages.
