    Often, a potential client creates a portal account and signs intake documents but never requests an appointment. This seems to occur when a client does not fully understand the process and thinks that by signing intake documentation we will know to reach out to them to schedule an intake. At present, we do not receive any notification that a client has signed intake documents and may be awaiting a call for scheduling.

    Can we just get a notification when a new client creates a portal account (and thereby creates a client file for themselves)?

    Yes, please!!! This is a much-needed feature for most practices that are larger than 1 or two clinicians. It would be immensely helpful to at least have a feature that shows what rooms are available at a quick glance--however that works. A graphic layout on a calendar would be awesome. Maybe even concurrent with a "Room" drop-down list in the appointment details that updates based on what rooms are actually available for the scheduled time?
