Set staff availability based on days/time, services and locations
Allow me more flexibility in creating my availability. Allow me to set different availability for future dates, or based on services or locations.

Allow therapists to set multiple time blocks and set custom availability. Allow admin staff to mamage and set availability.

For the self scheduling it would be wonderful if client's were able to see different available times based on the type of service. Personally I try to schedule my telehealth clients as either one of the first clients of my day or the last. Right now client's can schedule any type of service during my available time.

I would like a feature that allows me to vary my scheduling availability. It changes monthly and it's a pain to go back through day-by-day.

I want to be able to add days outside my normal schedule. For example, I see clients T, W, Th, but on some weeks I want to be able to open up a Monday or Friday and clients be able to see that on my schedule so they can book those times.

On the client self-scheduling through the portal, it would be helpful if the clients could see what location a therapist is at on a particular day. If the therapist could make a note that would appear on the self-scheduling calendar or be able to select a location for a particular day/time.

We're providing in-person and telehealth visits, but there is no way I can find to set scheduling hours so clients are able to see what's available for in-person versus telehealth. It would be great if we could set hours per provider, per location.

I would like to be able to block out my calendar for certain locations on certain days. For example two days a week I see clients in the office and the other days I only do telemedicine from home. Is there away clients can see I'm not in the office on particular days so they don't book an in person session when I'm not there?

It would be great if the counselor could set rooms for specific days so client canc schedule appropriately. We have several counselors who offer virtual counseling on some days and in person on other days, or are at two different offices. Example:
Mondays: West Office
Tuesday: Virtual Office
Thursdays: South OfficeWould love for availability to reflect that for scheduling.

Allow for showing availability on a specific day instead of changing it every week (ie: available Sept 10 but no other Fridays).

While clients can select a location to schedule in - the calendar that it shows clients is for all locations and not specific to the one they select. There should be a feature where you can load the providers schedule by location for accuracy when scheduling.
Through the portal it is only possible to see the providers entire availability and not by location. As an administrator when I schedule someone over the phone I can filter by location to only see when they have openings at a particular office, but our clients do not have this same capability. Therefore, if they are booking with a provider on a Monday in office A but the provider is in office B they won’t know the difference and we will have many conflicts with needing to reschedule clients. We want our clients to have access anytime of day to schedule with their provider outside of our office hours. This can only be done if they can schedule by location since we have 2 offices currently and a third one coming soon. It will also reduce the workload for incoming calls with our existing patients when they want to set-up or reschedule an appointment.
It would be extremely inefficient for our administrative scheduling team to call back every appointment that is scheduled online due to the location not being accurate. Our clients do not know what days their provider is at each office, and as we grow this will only become more complex. We have not been utilizing this feature with theranest for this reason. All of our clients ask about online scheduling capabilities but we cannot make this a reality until we can streamline the process with you to make it accurate. It will only upset our clients if we are constantly calling them after they have made an online booking to tell them that their provider is not available despite the portal telling them that their provider is available.

Allow providers to identify if the appointment is for an online session or in person session in the Calendar Preferences. This will make it easier for clients to know which type of appointment they are requesting when using the Self-Scheduler in the Client Portal.

Location settings in the calendar on the client portal should also be able to be set on a daily basis for clinicians who work in multiple offices.

Is it possible to mark certain openings as available in person versus the other times being virtual? I want to be sure that clients who want in-office sessions (2 days week) get office slots over telehealth clients.

We have multiple locations and telehealth in our practice. Can we make a mechanism on the calendar that displays the location of the therapist on each day, rather than a drop down menu for clients to choose? I'd like a client to be able to see the therapist's location when they're looking to schedule via the client portal on specific days/time. For example, a therapist's availability might show: Tuesday 9am-1pm @ NE office and Tuesday 2pm-7pm @ Telehealth; Wednesday 9am-7pm @ Pearl District office. This would help eliminate a lot of confusion about where the appointment will be when a client is scheduling from their portal. Thank you for considering!

Availability in the calendar for a single day rather than having to make calendar preferences repeating the only availability option! Schedules change for providers and there needs to be more individualization options especially when using online scheduling portal for clients.
