Hello,
I'd like a way to be able track open claims/invoices per clinician so that i can easily answer their questions related to what is outstanding. They are paid out on a percentage base but the only way to track whats been paid and what hasnt (without giving them billing permissions (access to the ledger) is for them to figure out a way to manually track it.

We pay our therapists in all different ways; some are a percentage of payments recieved, others are a flat rate per session and still others are salaried. It would be great to be able to include this information in the reporting.

Cancelled Sessions should not be included on the agenda. It confuses the therapists about openings in their shedule and it confuses people who are scheduling. The cancelled appointment should show in the appointment history so we have a record of cancellations but it should come off the calendar.

The report is great but leaves a lot of room for error. I should be able to go in and run reports for previous periods, but as it stands i cannot do that. if there are insurance payments that come in after the last paydate but were not processed until the current paydate, i am not able to pull those forward - i have to manually go in and hunt for them and then change the date to the current pay period to make sure the provider gets credit for the payment. It should close out when I finalize the report and allow me to access it again, and then pull forward any unpaid payments regardless of the date with the current payroll. Additionally, if we unapply a payment that has already been paid out, it should not mess with this report.

THis would be w huge timesaver, especially as our staff grows it's becoming very cumbersome to have to download and send individually.

Agreed - sometimes its a mistake or we have to resubmit claims. Should be able to resubmit claims to inactive plans so long as the date of service was within the active plan date

It would be nice to be able to accept an era payment or otherwise work with outstanding claims for clients who have been archived. Whenever there is movement on the claim (an era/payment is received, claim is rejected, etc) I have to first unarchive the client, then process the claim, then remember to rearchive the client since they are no longer active. We should have access to work in any outstanding claims even if the cleint is archived - we should have access to the ledger.

Of our 15 therapists, only 1 or 2 need to have access to the group function (usually for couples or families) and it is not cost effective to have to upgrade everybody when they will not use it. Instead, we just have to refer those clients out or switch to another platform.

Need the ability to bulk send forms, ie an updated consent form to all active clients for signature, or an outcome measurement to be sent out quarterly to all clients. As a extra bonus, it would be great if there was a way to track and interpret the data in reports.
