    We should also be able to remove a provider from the assigned staff to take them off of the provider's caseload, but we need to keep their name on the progress notes. I believe it currently will remove their name if removed from the staff.

    The messaging needs to have the client's preferred name instead of their legal name.

    We submit claims under supervisors and need to be able to add a modifier for these claims.

    This would be a great option for insurance companies that require chart notes.

    Some claims have to be faxed in because chart notes are required. It would be great if I could attach chart/progress notes to the claim when it goes out.

    Yes! We have multiple providers seeing the same patient and we need to document auths for both.

    We have multiple providers that require authorizations for the same client and it would be great if the auths can be assigned to the rendering provider.
