Report on missing, expiring, and unsigned treatment plans
Allow me to run a report that will show all clients that have missing, expiring, and/or unsigned treatment plans.

Yes!!! Please!! Report should include update of Initial Assessments and any changes made to original diagnosis that was automatic (include date of change)

I want to second this idea. It would be fantastic to run a report of missing, expiring or unassigned treatment plans.

Upvoting this request for missing treatment plans report just like the missing notes report.

Treatment plan template already has an area at the top to enter the future overall review date, however, the future overall review date does not show on the generated/signed treatment plan. It would be helpful for the future treatment plan review date to show up as a task under the agenda tab or create a report that tracks upcoming treatment plan review dates.

A report similar to the missing or unsigned note report would be very helpful. That way it could be easily found which plans are missing, need to be updated or that are unsigned.

PLEASE DEVELOP A MISSING TREATMENT PLAN REPORT, SIMILAR TO THE MISSING PROGRESS NOTE REPORT. This feature has been requested for years, if we can track missing notes, why can't we track missing treatment plans?! Please help with this!!

This way we can monitor which clients are missing Treatment Plans, which clients need updates in their Treatment Plans and which already have their treatment plans.

And diagnostic plans. This is all SUPER tedious to go through each client individually.

Supervising Clinician could really use the ease of having this report instead of digging through each of her therapists clients profiles.

As an admin at my practice, this would be critical in ensuring therapists are following documentation requirements. It is TEDIOUS to track this currently. Supervisors at practices need more support around running documentation reports!

It would be nice to be able to run reports for clients that are missing assessments and treatment plans. Our assessment is not the "initial assessment" but one that we created through dynamic forms. It would be nice to have custom reports with filters to be able to make sure each client has all their required documents.

Definitely need to add a feature that allows one to run a report on missing signatures on treatment plans, missing treatment plans, upcoming treatment plan reviews etc. This is so very needed.

It would be very helpful if there was a report that would include the treatment plans and their dates (initiation, signed, etc.). There's no way for a supervisor to check on those other than to manually open each chart.

This!

This is really a huge need. If we miss updating a treatment plan, we can be penalized by insurance companies during an audit. The treatment plan itself is also inadequate. We should be able to update without completely redoing the treatment plan. We need to be able to edit the treatment plan.

Please, please, please make this happen! And why wouldn't you work on this if this has been suggested for so long?

DITTO on every comment made in this thread! Being able to run a report on Treatment plans would be a huge time saver for me and my 14 counselors.

Initial Assessments/Diagnostic Codes, Progress Notes and Treatment Plans are all auditable items for any agency. It would also be beneficial to include a report for the treatment plan that indicates when it needs to be reviewed.

Come on now, Theranest!!! This Treatment Plan Report issue has been commented on nearly 5 years now (I see requests from 2016, plus my own a few years ago). How many "Votes" do we need? You do this for Assessments and Progress Notes, so there must be some sort of template to build off of. Treatment Plans are mandated by State and Medicare regulation, and reflect good care and practice. I am dependent on Theranest for my documentation needs and our clinic pays you well. And I need this. Please do not continue to disappoint me and the 42 "commentors" on this overdue gap in your software.

A Treatment Plan Missing report will allow our agency to keep our charts current.
