An error occurred while saving the comment A specific spot for the diagnostic impression would be great, and one that is separate then the rest of that tab. My staff get confused and then fill out the whole form, and then have to fill out our dynamic diagnostic form as well that we require. I'd love to be able to archive that whole form to avoid the confusion.

An error occurred while saving the comment And if the form cannot be archived if there is a form filled out, give me a list of clients that that is the case, so that I can download the old form, so that I can delete it in the clients record, and therefore archive the old form. I would like to get rid of useless old tabs.

An error occurred while saving the comment I wish there was an automatic option of 6 months for the treatment plan review date (largest one is 120 days). 6 months is the standard in our state.
