    When you have a clinic with multiple clinicians it is really hard to keep track. Being able to run a report to assure that all initial assessments are signed would be extremely helpful. Thank you!

    This would be incredibly helpful. We are running into difficulty keeping track of this especially with our clients who are minors and have to have them signed by a parent who is not always accompanying them to session. If you could get this done for us it would be amazing! Thank you!

    This is an issue for us as well. We need a way to have it show up on our tasks that a consent form is a year old and needs to be resigned. Thank you!!!
