  1. Remove archived service types from menus

    We archived them for a reason. They do not need to appear when creating an appointment, creating invoices, sorting the calendar by service type, etc.

  2. Alway the same email to be used on multiple Client portals

    It would be extremely helpful to allow the same email address to be used on multiple client portals. This would eliminate a lot of issues we have been having. Thanks!

  4. multiple accounts with same email

    There are several families that I work with who have me work with the members individually. Thus, I keep individual accounts for these INDIVIDUALS. However, the parents are all stuck in a bind where they can't use the same email for their own profile and their child's profile because it doesn't allow you to use an email that's already in the system for a different client. I used to use CounSol and they created a feature where you could create a unsername in place of the email for signing in with the separate accounts and it allowed them to then…

    This is currently available in TheraNest, you may just need to enable this setting under the Organization tab.

    Click the “Organization” tab.
    In the left sidebar, click “Client Portal”
    Make sure you’re on the “Settings” tab
    Under “Client Notification Settings”, check the box next to “Creates an appointment”

  7. email for client portal

    It would be helpful, particularly for juvenile clients with siblings, to have the client portals linked for siblings or being able to use the same login email for more than one account. Right now, client's parents cannot have access to both their child's records unless they have multiple email addresses.

  9. Sex Assigned at Birth + Standard Intake Form

    I want to be able to ask "What is your sex assigned at birth?" This helps me identify transgender clients where some may check their gender as "male."

  10. Customized scheduling

    I’d like to schedule appointments every 45 minutes from 2:00 pm til 8:00 pm; ie. 2, 2:45, 3:30, 4:15 etc. can’t figure out how to do this. Is it possible?

  11. bcc in emails to send same letter to multiple patients

    In the current secure portal we cannot send the same message to multiple patients without each seeing the other names. In order to avoid that happening in the current configuration the same email has to be sent to each patient individually.
    This would allow the list of patients to exist in bcc format so that the recipient only sees her/his name and not any of the others.

    An additional feature with this would be a drop down list of patient names with check boxes so you can just check the patients that are on the recipient list.

  12. Copy new custom forms to intake forms

    I made a few custom forms that I wanted to copy into my intake forms but was unable to do so. It would be great if I could just. pull them into my intake forms without needing to start over from scratch to re-create the same form in the intake forms section.

    you can copy any custom form to intake form and any intake form back to custom forms. Please reach out to support if you need assistance.

  13. electronic signatures to custom forms

    Sometimes you need to update a form like a fee agreement or complete something like a release of information, it would be great to be able to add in an electronic signature to any new custom forms you create that you need the client to complete and sign.

  14. Telehealth scheduling

    Hi! Wondering if it is possible to send a telehealth link to the email associated with the account without setting up a client portal. I am not interested in setting up the portals however the majority of my practice is telehealth at this time. It would cut down on my paperwork if when you select telehealth in the appointment screen if it automatically sent an email with the link to the client. Thanks!

  15. Allow unique invitation link to client portal to link with existing file therapist created

    When I invite a client to the Portal, it sends that a unique button that matches the file I already started for them. But if a client requests the link again, I have no way to send them their unique link. It will not let me re-invite them, and has no way to copy anything but a generic "New Invitation" link. So a way to get a copy of their unique invitation link to re-send them would be great.

  16. Manage Household Information Report

    A report that aggregates all info in the client profile and compares it to others in the system. Example: A customizable report that populates all of the additional demographic info of clients in the "Manage Client Info" area, currently located on the bottom of the Client Details page. This would give information like:

    Which and how many clients in couples services, also have children?
    Which and how many clients have a Social Worker contact in their profile?
    Which and how many child clients have "legal guardian" instead of "parent" listed?

  17. Unbillable note option

    Please add an unbillable option to be able to enter notes for information purposes only and not for billing purposes. This is an important option when working with Medicaid

    There are a few options here when wanting to create a note that isn't meant to be billed. 

    A progress note can be created without being tied to an appointment. This can be created by going into the client's case and adding a new progress note. 

    Additionally, a service type is not required when creating an appointment. This means the progress note can still be tied to the appointment, but an invoice cannot be created.

  19. More detailed invoices/receipts

    Currently, client invoices/receipts only reflect the client amount due/balance. I'd like clients to be able to see the "full picture" of their billing including:
    - client amount due/paid,
    - insurance amount due/paid, and
    - write off amount with reason.

    Invoices currently display two columns, the client amount due and the insurance amount due. Below the invoice, it will display the amount the client has paid as well as insurance. If this isn’t what you were looking for, please re-submit your idea with additional details!

    Write-off displaying on invoices is a separate suggestion and you have been added as a supporter to that idea. Thank you!

  20. special notes

    The addition of "special notes," or notes that are not progress notes that are for special circumstances (an important collateral contact conversation or an unexpected discharge without a session) .

    Dynamic Forms allows you to create client forms that can be used multiple times for a client. You can create your own notes template that’s outside of a progress note and not tied to an appointment to keep track of special circumstances or conversations.
