Would it be possible to add a feature where users (in addition to administrators) can send clients paperwork through the portal?

Under a staff member’s permissions, there’s a checkbox under Default Permissions that allows the user to invite clients to the portal and manage intake forms, including sending, receiving, and revoking intake forms.
