Remove appointment end time from Month calendar view
Adding the calendar end times to the monthly view makes the monthly view useless in my opinion because the end time takes the space where the client's name used to show. Seeing which client I have at the start time is MUCH more important than the end time. It's not helpful at all to know the end time when I don't even know which client is scheduled for that time slot.

Include option to view start time only on Calendar
Change it back or give us the option on the calendar view so we do NOT see both start and end times of appointments leading the client names being hidden/unviewable due to the times taking up all the space.

Make appointment notes more obvious
Have an icon or an alert show in the calendar view if we have a note on an appointment. I know a preview of the note is displayed on the appointment block, but those can be easily overlooked given how much other information appears on the appointment block.

Keep search inputs in clients list
Keep the search inputs I entered when searching the Clients list and switching between active and all clients.

Assign forms to certain employees
Allow me to assign forms to certain employees or staff types. I don't want every therapist to see all the custom forms and I want our front office staff access to certain administrative forms.

Allow me to assign another clinician for emergency situations so if a clinician is out of town, the backup clinician for that client is assigned only for the duration of their absence.

ERAs
When an ERA is uploaded from the clearing house. It needs to contain full information. Sometimes, the ERAs are retraction and adjustments and the data uploaded is not containing the DOS, the reason for retraction so, I have no way to accurately reply other than going to the clearing house.....

Set inactivity logout per user
As an admin, allow me to set the amount of time a user is logged out due to inactivity. The amount of time needs to be less for front office staff, but it can be more for people who work in the back office.

View or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time
Allow me to view or work in two areas of TheraNest at the same time. For example, I may want to view the calendar and case file at the same time, or the client's ledger and their notes at the same time so I don't have to switch back and forth.
