Digitally redact records and save them as a PDF
Having digital case notes which can have a redacted version in TheraNest increases HIPAA compliance, and saves a ton of time for providers, especially if there is a way to allow supervisors to approve redactions (for interns) before compiling a redacted PDF. Please create an option to generate a redactable version of a client's case notes which can be edited digitally, reviewed by a supervisor, and compiled into a PDF.
Bonus features would include:
1. Being able to track who redacted what information
2. Supervisors having the option of clearing all redactions or adding notes.

Add notes column to client list
Allow me to customize the client list grid so I can include the client notes from the client details page.

Display age of household members in client details
When I add a household member in the client's details under Manage Household Info and I enter that person's date of birth, have TheraNest calculate and display the age of that person.

Add a floating save button to custom form editor
When using a long custom form the screen has switched and cancelled out a great deal of work that I had to restart. Similarly it is difficult to have to scroll to the top and bottom each time to save to prevent this problem. A floating save button would be an amazing feature. I also wish forms would autosave in general so that I wouldnt have to use the save button at all.

Add note to kept and rescheduled appointments
When changing the status of an appointment to kept or rescheduled, allow me to include a note like I can with canceled, no show, and late cancel.

Create a report that contains the names of the clients, Therapist and the date they were last archived.
Currently you can get a list of archived clients. It would be great if you could have a report that contained the archived clients and the last date they were archvied. This type of report would help with the apporpriate retention of records.

Display client's preferred name throughout TheraNest
I'd like for all account information to show the client's preferred name, unless it has to do with billing. It's quite difficult to respect a trans client's preferred name when their non-preferred or "dead name" is constantly being flashed in front of the therapist.

Staff Billing Reports - need to reflect accurately
When I filter by service date, for example to get an accurate account of how much money I made in one week, it's impossible to get an accurate picture, because with however you've formatted the technology, it pulls in anything I've posted during that time. So, if I've posted that I received a payment for a July 23 service date on August 17 when I search the week of August 17, it pulls in that information. But I don't want to see anything related to July 23. I should only be seeing the money I made during the week of…

Notify admins of information changes in client portal
As an administrator, notify me when a client makes changes to their information in the client portal (e.g., address, payment method, phone number, etc.).
