Allow me to search for a check number when working in the Process Claim Payments tab or Paid/Processed tab so it's easier to find the payment I'm looking for.

Move active clients to prospective clients list
Allow me to move an active client to the prospective clients list for clients that never showed up for their appointment or never ended up scheduling.

Allow me to lock the payroll report or close it out so that any unapplied payments from that pay period get posted to the next payroll period.

Specify who gets notified of completed intake forms
Allow me to specify who gets notified when a client completes an intake form. As an admin, I want to be notified when any client completes a form without having to be assigned to every client. We also have intake coordinators who need to be notified as well.

Delete inactive insurances
If a mistake was made on an insurance that was marked as inactive an Org Admin should be allowed to delete the insurance. This helps to avoid scheduling issues as it is confusing for them when they see 2 identical insurances one marked as active and one marked as inactive.

Create case forms for specific cases
When creating a dynamic case form, allow me to assign that form to specific cases so they don't show up on every open case.

Edit recurring event title
After creating a recurring event on the calendar, allow me to edit the title of the event/series after. Right now I can only edit a single occurrence, but not the name/title of the whole series.

Allow providers to re-invite clients to the portal
As a provider, allow me to re-invite or resend the portal invite link to my clients so I don't have to ask an administrator. Some of my clients need another email sent to remind them.

Report on missing group notes
Allow me to run a report that will show any missing group notes, similarly to how I can run a report to show any missing progress notes.

Display applied filters on calendar and agenda
If I've used the filters on the calendar or agenda, show me what filters I've applied. For example, if I've only selected certain service types, then display those service types so that I don't have to open the filter again to see what service types I selected.

Customize restriction for portal scheduling/cancellations/reschedules
Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.

Set default rendering provider for self-pay clients
Allow me to set a default rendering provider for self-pay clients so that the rendering provider can appear on invoices. Right now I can only set a default rendering provider for clients that use insurance.

Add Page Pagination on Batch Processing
When using Batch Processing it would be helpful if the page showed how many claims were selected (to be added to awaiting submission). Currently there is no way of knowing how many claims were selected other than manually counting, and there is not a confirmation modal to show the action was successful. When utilizing the batch feature batch invoicing asks "are you sure you want to create "this many" invoices" > select yes. The next step is to add to awaiting submission via batch processing - without the amount of claims selected and/or confirmation modal you are not sure if…
