    If I create a dynamic progress note that's two columns, then show two columns when I print the note.

  6. Filter manage clients list in client portal settings

    When managing the list of clients under the client portal settings in the Organization tab, allow me to filter the list so I can see everyone who doesn't have an invite or anyone who has sent forms that haven't been completed.

  7. Change default demographic fields to "Not yet selected"

    When viewing a client's demographic fields, change the default from "Undefined" to "Not yet selected", because sometimes "Undefined" is an accurate description so it would be easier to differentiate between what fields a client has filled out vs. what they haven't.

  8. Default group case service type when creating appointment

    When I create a group appointment, have the service type listed in the case automatically be selected for the appointment when I create an appointment for that group.

  12. Report on client appointments where times overlap

    Allow me to run a report that will show any appointments a client has that overlap. For example, a client may have back-to-back appointments with different providers and we need to ensure these appointments don't overlap due to payer restrictions.

  13. Take me to invoice after processing payment from ERA

    When I'm working in the ERA Received tab, after I process a payment take me right to the invoice for the client.

  14. Separate date and time data in reports

    For most reports that include a date and time, these are reported together in the same column. Have them be separate columns so the data is easier to work with if I export it to Excel.

  20. Make calendar & agenda filter separate for showing non-client events

    Make the setting "show non-client events" function separately on the Calendar and Agenda. I may want to view non-client events on the Calendar, but not on the Agenda.
