  1. Add transportation company to client's details

    Add transportation company and phone number to the client's details. We need to know this for children who have not been picked up. We also need to know this for adults under guardianship.

  2. Add staff email as an available placeholder for reminder templates

    Allow me to include the staff member's email address in the appointment reminder templates. If one of our clients needs to reach out about their appointment they need to reach out to the staff member directly.

  5. Download list of invoices from Process Existing Invoices tab in Batch Invoicing

    It would be nice to have the option to download the list of existing invoices in a CSV, specifically from the Process Existing Invoices tab under Batch Invoicing.

  6. Assign supervisory billing at the staff level

    Rather than going into each client and setting the default rendering provider allow me to assign it at the staff level, so all that staff member's invoices bill as their supervisor.

  7. Show paid amount under paid/processed claim tab after posting via Manual Insurance Payments

    After I've posted a payment manually using the Manual Insurance Payment feature, include adjustment details and payment amount in the Paid/Processed tab under claims.

  8. Link invoice to payment link/portal

    When sending a one-time payment link, allow the client to view the invoice that's associated.
    Additionally, if I send an invoice to a client, provide a one-time payment link or a link to the client portal.

    If I forget to click the "save to all clients" button I'm unable to see that option again. Allow me to apply to all clients even if I edit the note for one client.
