Don't allow supervisees to save drafts of progress notes
Don't allow supervisees to save drafts as progress notes and have the "save" button submit the note for supervisory review.

I wish that supervisory notes would go back to automatically being routed to the supervisor because my clinicians could forget to route them to me and now I have to follow this.
