  1. Disable gender identify fields

    Allow me to disable the Gender Identity, Pronouns, and Sexual Orientation fields in TheraNest.

  2. Add client name to progress note review alert

    As a supervisor or supervisee, when I get an alert to about a progress note display the client's name so that when I come back to my alerts I can see which ones I've already done.

  3. View only data for archived clients

    Allow me to view (not edit) the information and notes for archived clients without having to unarchive them.

  4. Delete invoice when viewing

    If I'm viewing an invoice, allow me to delete the invoice from that view rather than going back to the ledger.

  5. Schedule secure messages

    After I write a secure message, allow me to set a time for when it should be sent to the client. I may want to write a message today, but not have it sent until tomorrow and I don't want to forget.

  6. Mark goal status in progress notes

    When editing a progress note, allow me to mark the client's goals with a status (e.g., met, not met, etc.).

  7. Assign supervisor per case

    Allow me to assign a supervisor at the case level instead of the therapist level. A supervisor may not supervise all cases for the same client.

  8. Add client to a "kept" group appointment

    Allow me to add a client to a group appointment after the appointment has already been changed to "Kept" so they can be included in the group note.

  9. Filter manage clients list in client portal settings

    When managing the list of clients under the client portal settings in the Organization tab, allow me to filter the list so I can see everyone who doesn't have an invite or anyone who has sent forms that haven't been completed.

  10. Print invoice with linked progress notes in one PDF

    When I print an invoice, allow me to also print any linked progress notes with the invoice line items and have it all generate as one PDF.

  11. Report on client appointments where times overlap

    Allow me to run a report that will show any appointments a client has that overlap. For example, a client may have back-to-back appointments with different providers and we need to ensure these appointments don't overlap due to payer restrictions.

  12. Take me to invoice after processing payment from ERA

    When I'm working in the ERA Received tab, after I process a payment take me right to the invoice for the client.

  13. Make Provider Name a Dynamic Form Element

    It would be really helpful to be able to pull in a Dynamic Element that is the Provider's name into forms.

  14. Separate date and time data in reports

    For most reports that include a date and time, these are reported together in the same column. Have them be separate columns so the data is easier to work with if I export it to Excel.

  15. Add archived client to prospective clients list

    Instead of unarchiving a client and making them active, allow me to add them to the prospective clients list.

  17. Quick filters for daily billing report

    Allow me to quickly filter the daily billing report for a specific time frame (e.g., Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, etc.) because it would be faster than putting in the dates.

  18. Set default place of service for staff

    Allow me to set a default place of service for each staff member. We have some staff members that exclusively provide home visits and it would be nice for them not to have to change it every time.

  19. Show unapplied payments when accepting payment

    When I'm accepting payment and applying it to an invoice, show me any unapplied payments so I don't accidentally overcharge the client.

  20. Archive primary practice location

    Allow me to archive the address for my primary practice location because when I change the address it retroactively applies those changes to past appointments.
