Allow me to disable the Gender Identity, Pronouns, and Sexual Orientation fields in TheraNest.

Add client name to progress note review alert
As a supervisor or supervisee, when I get an alert to about a progress note display the client's name so that when I come back to my alerts I can see which ones I've already done.

Allow me to view (not edit) the information and notes for archived clients without having to unarchive them.

Schedule secure messages

Assign supervisor per case
Allow me to assign a supervisor at the case level instead of the therapist level. A supervisor may not supervise all cases for the same client.

Report on client appointments where times overlap
Allow me to run a report that will show any appointments a client has that overlap. For example, a client may have back-to-back appointments with different providers and we need to ensure these appointments don't overlap due to payer restrictions.

Separate date and time data in reports
For most reports that include a date and time, these are reported together in the same column. Have them be separate columns so the data is easier to work with if I export it to Excel.

Instead of unarchiving a client and making them active, allow me to add them to the prospective clients list.

Quick filters for daily billing report
Allow me to quickly filter the daily billing report for a specific time frame (e.g., Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, etc.) because it would be faster than putting in the dates.

Set default place of service for staff
Allow me to set a default place of service for each staff member. We have some staff members that exclusively provide home visits and it would be nice for them not to have to change it every time.

Show unapplied payments when accepting payment
When I'm accepting payment and applying it to an invoice, show me any unapplied payments so I don't accidentally overcharge the client.

Archive primary practice location
Allow me to archive the address for my primary practice location because when I change the address it retroactively applies those changes to past appointments.
