  3. Only allow admins to change billing provider on invoices

    Only allow admins to change the billing provider on invoices, or have a separate permission for billers. We have some staff members that are selecting the wrong billing provider when creating invoices for their clients.

  6. Copy from last session based on date of service

    When I add a progress note from the missing progress notes report and copy it from the last session, have it copy from the last session based on the date of service rather than the last completed note.

  7. Default rendering provider per case

    Allow me more flexibility when setting the default rendering provider. If a client has more than one open case, we end up having to change the default rendering provider every time.

  8. Make labeling of cases more consistent

    Make the terminology of cases more consistent across the platform. For example, the button in a client's details reads "cases", but then the page is labeled as "case notes".

  9. Remind me of incomplete notes

    Have TheraNest automatically remind me after so many days of notes that I haven't completed so I don't have to scroll through the Agenda or remember to run a report.

  11. Search contact network

    Allow me to search for people who are in the contact network for my clients. Sometimes a person may start as a contact, but then end up a client and I want to see if we've already added them as a contact so I don't create a duplicate client.
