Add Alert in TheraNest for Intake Docs Submitted
It seems the only "Alerts" coming into TheraNest itself are for payments and cancellations made through the Client Portal.
I want to see more robust Alert functionality, more specifically for documents clients submit. As of now, I can only receive notifications that Clients have submitted Intake Documents via e-mail. I would like to have the option of receiving those alerts in the Alert Notifications inside TheraNest.

Add special characters to secure messages
I would like to be able to add special characters. We have a multilingual clientele and we sometimes send them the portal in portuguese/spanish and we need to use special characters but the portal does not allow it.

Client initials for ALL notifications
When I have messaging alerts set to "use client initials," alerts that a client has paid still show the full name. Can this setting be applied to ALL notifications?

Notify me if an email was undeliverable
I invited a client to the portal and then later realized I entered the wrong email address. Have TheraNest send me a notification if an email I attempt to send was undeliverable.

Show Practice Name in "from" field
when a message is sent to a client, having the Practice name show up in the email vs the person who sent it. This can be confusing to the clients as they don't know the Admin.

Notify admins of information changes in client portal
As an administrator, notify me when a client makes changes to their information in the client portal (e.g., address, payment method, phone number, etc.).

Be able to specify one email address that Theranest correspondence comes from
Change it in the system to make all our portal notices (i.e. intake forms / statements etc) come from our admin email address (i.e. contact@practicename.com) rather than the individual email addresses each person uses to login.
Per Theranest: "There's not currently a way to set one specific email address for Client Portal invites and forms to come from. Depending on the staff member signed in and doing the sending, that will be the email address the message will come from -- their email address on file in TheraNest."

As an agency owner I would like to be able to run a report to see who has not had a text message returned by staff? As our agency grows, keeping up on texts from client is proving to be difficult at times.

Billing alerts
Allow me to turn on alerts for certain billing items/tasks so we can be notified if a client's credit card has expired, if there's a certain balance owed, if their deductible has been met, etc.

Allow therapists to manage client notification settings for each client
As a therapist, allow me to manage which email notifications my clients receive. Right now this can only be managed from the Organization tab (under Client Portal) and I want to specify which of my clients receive which notifications.

Notify me when someone has viewed my case
Allow me to receive a notification if someone views a case that is assigned to me. Sometimes I notice things get changed and I'd like to know who to follow up with about those changes.

Add automatic signature line and ability to highlight and copy text from messages in secure inbox
It is very difficult to write messages in the secure inbox to clients with the editable feature and then the view feature. It would be helpful to have features like an automatic email signature like in Gmail. It is also frustrating that when I go back to my message, after sending it, I cannot highlight to copy the text to send in another message or use in my notes.

use icon instead of popup to alert support responses
It would be helpful if the support responses in the "Get Help" chat did not popup on your screen. This is a workflow interruption especially during telehealth sessions. Depending upon the length of the response, the alert popup cannot always be closed out unless the session is ended. A badge or icon would seem useful and less disruptive.

Allow me to send appointment reminders 4 days prior to the appointment in instances where there is a holiday.

Chat messages flag or star them to be able to go back to them
It would be good to be able to star or flag some chats or be able to change to unread so I can go back to them later.
