Add placeholder to reminder templates for staff member's phone number
Allow me to include the staff member's phone number in the appointment reminder templates. If one of our clients needs to reach out about their appointment they need to call the staff member.

Allow me to copy the entire secure message over as one thread rather than copy each message individually.

Notify other staff of new appointments
Allow me to specify other staff that should be alerted when a client schedules a new appointment. Our front office staff has things they need to accomplish when a new appointment is scheduled so they need to be notified.

Remind me of incomplete notes
Have TheraNest automatically remind me after so many days of notes that I haven't completed so I don't have to scroll through the Agenda or remember to run a report.

Notify me of outstanding balances
Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.

Add client name to progress note review alert
As a supervisor or supervisee, when I get an alert to about a progress note display the client's name so that when I come back to my alerts I can see which ones I've already done.

Schedule secure messages
After I write a secure message, allow me to set a time for when it should be sent to the client. I may want to write a message today, but not have it sent until tomorrow and I don't want to forget.

Communication log of outstanding issues
Allow me to view a log (similar to the Changelog) that shows known issues in TheraNest so I'm better informed of the issues and know they have been reported.

Notify me if I have unsigned progress notes
Send me a notification or have an alert appear letting me know that I have unsigned progress notes. Sometimes I miss signing some and I'd like to catch it before an admin notifies me.

Alert me or notify me if I have a new secure message from a client because it's easy to miss the number on the icon.

Allow me to view a client's secure messages from their chart so I can see all their messages in one place without having to search for them in all of my secure messages.

When I print a secure message, show the words "Secure Message" on the PDF so I know where it came from.

Add portal messages to client's general documents
When I receive a secure message from a client through the client portal, allow me to transfer or save that message to the client's general documents so I can a record of their communication in one place.
