Show line breaks in custom forms
The text fields in custom forms do not recognize line breaks. This means that the text is in one big paragraph. It looks very unprofessional, and I cannot use it for reports. When I enter the information and click enter, it appears as though there will be a line break but none shows up on the pdf form. Please add the line breaks to the pdf view of custom forms.

As a supervisor when my supervisee closes a case, send me an alert so I can review and co-sign the discharge summary.

Additional signature lines on treatment plans
Allow for additional signature lines on treatment plans. For our clients that have medication the provider prescribing the medication needs to sign the treatment plan as well.

Only marked check boxes should appear on Dynamic Forms
Eliminate large spaces between sections and only show marked check boxes on Dynamic Forms. This will minimize the number of pages long a progress note is.

Add individual progress note to group case
If I see a client as part of a group, but also see them individually, allow me to add their individual progress note to their group case. I don't need to create a separate case and want to keep all of their documentation together.

Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled
Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

Allow edits after signature for supervision review
When a therapist under supervision finishes a note, allow them to sign or mark the note done to allert supervisor its done and ready to review. Do not lock the note until supervisor says its done or has signed.
