Change client pronouns in activity log
When a client makes a change on their client portal, the activity log entries default to the male pronouns. Have the pronouns default to the pronouns the client identifies with.

Set when I receive reauthorization reminders
If I choose an authorization end date, allow me to set how far out I receive the reauthorization reminder. Currently, if I set the authorization end date, I will receive a notification or email 7, 30, and 60 days out from the Authorization expiration, but I may want to receive a notification two weeks out, three months out, etc.

Everywhere in TheraNest where the word "client(s)" appears, have it replaced with the word "patient(s)" because I use the term "patients".
