Display only client initials throughout TheraNest
It would be nice if there was a "privacy mode" (not just in the calendar tab) that showed only client initials in the agenda, notes, etc - this would allow for using theranest even in settings in which others might be able to see the screen.

Allow staff without billing permissions to see client Insurance details
If we could have some way therapists can see who the insurance payer is without having any billing permissions, that would be amazing! Our reasoning behind it is some insurance payers allow for two sessions a week versus one and it would help our therapists know how many sessions can be scheduled in one week.

Download intake paperwork directly to Clinical Docs
Currently, all of the intake paperwork completed in the patient portal is downloaded into General Docs. Since this paperwork frequently contains HIPAA protected information, it would be better if could immediately be placed in the Clinical Docs so only the assigned therapist can see it.

Mobile friendly intake
Intake forms should be mobile-friendly, meaning clients should be able to successfully complete them from their cellular devices. Several clients have mentioned that they cannot successfully save and submit intake forms when completing them on their cell phones.

Allow admins to have supervisors
There are therapists who need to have full organizational access and who also need to have a supervisor in the system for licensing purposes. Currently this is not a possible configuration in theranest which is a major limitation.

Permission to allow staff member to remove their own signatures from signed notes
Have a permission setting to allow a staff member to remove their signature from signed progress notes. Sometimes they need to make edits to correct typos, etc. and right now they have to reach out to an admin, which is a hassle when fixing small mistakes.

Permissions for appointment changes
Allow me to assign permissions to certain staff to make schedule changes. We don't want certain staff members the ability to edit or delete appointments.
