Transferring my data is a very manual process when moving from one TheraNest account to another TheraNest account. Allow me to pay for a service that will do this for me, so that my historical documentation, appointments, etc. are all in my new account.

Select forms when using "New Appointment" link
When new clients click the "New Appointment" link, they are able to schedule an appointment, create a portal account, and all intake forms marked as "Default" are automatically sent to their portal account. Allow me to select which forms are sent to their portal account, like I can when inviting clients to the portal.

Allow me to have more than one email address on file for a staff member.

Add preferred name field for staff
Allow me to enter a preferred name for staff. Sometimes our therapists use nicknames or other names and that's what the client knows, so it would be nice if appointment reminders reflected this.
