Set which staff member a client can schedule an appointment with on the portal
When setting up the client portal and allowing clients to self-schedule, allow me to select which staff member(s) a client can schedule with. We don't want them to just schedule with anyone.

Client portal scheduling link should be provider specific instead of having a drop down menu to select from a list of providers. Admins should be able to see all links for each provider and use them on websites. Dropdown menus are causing patients to schedule with the wrong provider who does not take their insurance.

Allow clients to only see therapists schedules that they are assigned to rather than everyone.

Theranest will let a client choose from any therapist in the practice who has access to the portal.
Change this so the only options in each client can choose from is the therapist who is assigned to them!! -

According to the tutorial video, when clients are allowed to do their own scheduling through the Client Portal, they can choose the therapist they book with. Often times our clients get our therapists confused; they think they are meeting with a therapist, but have really just gotten the name wrong. Also, if clients want to book with another therapist, we'd like to speak with them about that before just switching. I would like to have the option to turn off client ability to book with any therapist.
