Show UNAVAILABLE time slots in the calendar as grayed out. Right now, the only way to tell what's not available is to be denied when trying to book, or to create an event called "unavailable" for each of those time slots, but then it totally clutters up one's Google or Apple Calendar.

According to the tutorial video, when clients are allowed to do their own scheduling through the Client Portal, they can choose the therapist they book with. Often times our clients get our therapists confused; they think they are meeting with a therapist, but have really just gotten the name wrong. Also, if clients want to book with another therapist, we'd like to speak with them about that before just switching. I would like to have the option to turn off client ability to book with any therapist.

I would like to be able to create reports with various patient demographics to see trends. I'm especially interested in seeing what city my clients tend to be from so I know where to put my money for marketing and expansion.

In calendar preferences, have a "default appointment length" option. Currently, when scheduling it defaults to 1 hour. However, all our appointments are 45-minutes, and with your new feature for psychiatry, I'm looking at having my husband's company sign on with you as well. However, it can be tedious for the scheduler to go in and change every single appointment to be in 15- or 30-minute blocks. Having this as a default option (that can still be changed with exceptions) would be a GREAT feature!

It would also be great to see the availability or unavailability in the Day or Week view when just looking at one clinician.
