Allow non-admin staff members to invite clients to client portal
Grant ability to invite client to client portal to non-admin users. Clients can only be invited from the client portal settings page, which is located under the Organization tab. As a result, only admins can invite new clients to the portal.
We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update that expands staff permissions so that non-admin staff members can send client portal invitations to their clients. Staff members with adequate permissions will have the ability to send invitations from the Client Details page. Organization administrators can control which staff members have the ability to send invitations by editing their staff members’ permissions. To learn more about this release, you can visit our TheraNest Knowledge Base. https://help.theranest.com/en/articles/4540115-allow-staff-to-invite-clients-to-the-client-portal
Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion! If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@theranest.com.

It would be helpful to allow therapists to provide invites to client portal, without having to have them have access to everything. Or at the bare minimum being able to view their own clients.

Please allow this!!! I don’t want my staff to have all the access I do. But I do want them to have the client portal.

At our office we have two admin staff who schedule appointments, send portal information and intake documents. They are not clinicians and only do the scheduling but I have to give them full organization permissions in order for them to do this. Can we have a different permission level for this so they can send documents, schedule appointments for the other counselors and do portal invites but not also be able to view everything else?

Clinicians should be able to invite their client to the portal and select which forms to send them. As the administrator I have to take time out to have conversations when they want me to send an invite, then which forms they want me to attach. It's very time consuming and I only have 7 I oversee.

Allow Therapists to access client portal without having admin. permission. Especially important as more and more virtual work being done.

Yes, please allow staff members this option.

Please make this change. Staff need to be able to invite their own clients to the client portal w/o also having access to all organizational functions. Unfortunately, I may need to consider other programs as a result of this limitation.

This is so important!!! Please make this a priority. Such a huge burden that this permission does not extend to individual therapy level.

Please please make this change. Therapists need to be able to invite their own clients without having full access to all organization permissions!!

We need this feature, to not all admin full access to the entire account. We need them to invite clients tot he portal, without have full financial and owner access. This is not scalable for our group practice as I have to be available daily to send invites out to new clietns.

Please change the features in Theranest to allow for an administrator to have exclusive access to payroll while other therapists only have access to the client portal. The reasoning behind this is because in a group practice it makes sense for therapists to be able to invite their own clients to Theranest client portal. However, it creates division and discord in a team where all members can look at anyone else's payroll. These features should be separated.

Please update to allow customized permissions vs the groupings that are currently available, not all features in each option should be available to individual Provider, the choices are poor and ineffective to any account with more than one Provider.
We pay a monthly for each Provider to have portal access yet they can not send forms to clients, one of the selling features of purchasing a portal subscription.
Please fix this STAT.
