An error occurred while saving the comment ASPIRE Clinic commentedPlease consider adding a "previous note" and "next note" feature to the progress notes tab for better navigation! When doing audits, it's very difficult to navigate back to the full list and remember what note you were just looking at -- especially when there is a long list of progress notes. This would help a great deal with functionality.

Yes, I see our trainees miss this constantly and it's very confusing. Please fix! We've resorted to having all clinicians add the ACTUAL intake appointment date as the first line in the "presenting problem" box on the initial assessment and diagnostic codes tab.
