  1. Make it easier for clients to submit appointment requests on the portal

    Make it easier for our clients to submit appointment requests on the portal. Once they fill in the appointment information they think they are done and forget to click the "Submit" button.

  2. Reword undo appointment confirmation email

    When a client requests an appointment online and I accidentally accept or decline it and then undo it, the "undo" email is confusing because clients don't realize the appointment is still unconfirmed and they need to wait for a follow-up.

  3. Navigate clients to login page after requesting appointment

    If a client requests an appointment via the new appointment link, after they request the appointment and create a login take them back to the login page so they know where to go and can bookmark it. Right now it just takes them to a dead page.

  4. Book with more than one provider on the client portal

    Allow clients to request an appointment with more than one provider when requesting an appointment on the client portal for clients that participate in co-therapy.

  5. Inactivity warning on client portal

    If a client has been inactive on the client portal and is about to logged out, then show a warning so if they are completing intake paperwork they can save it before getting logged off.

  6. Allow new clients to message staff

    If a client signs up via the client portal but a staff member hasn't been assigned to them yet, allow them to still message someone in the office in case they have any questions.

  7. 24 hour cancellation setting shouldn't include weekends

    If I have the setting enabled that allows clients to cancel within 24 hours, that shouldn't include the weekend.

    If a client requests an appointment through the client portal for a future date then have those appointments automatically approved and added to my calendar.

  9. Show canceled and no-show appointments in the client portal

    Allow clients to see appointments that were canceled or marked as a no-show in the client portal so when they get an invoice with a cancellation or no-show fee they can reference the appointment.

  10. One portal account across multiple practices

    We have clients that see multiple providers and each provider has their own TheraNest account. Allow my clients to log in to one portal account to access multiple providers.

  11. Allow saved credit cards from contacts to show in TheraNest

    If a contact from a client's contact network makes a payment on the client portal and saves the card for future use, then allow that credit card to be displayed and used in TheraNest.

  12. Remove Insurance Virtual Credit Card Payments from Client's Portal

    Please removed the Virtual Insurance Credit Cards from the Client's Portal Payment History. It is confusing clients thinking their cards are being charged a large amount.

  14. Display warning on client portal to not contact if emergency

    Allow clinicians to display a warning to not use the client portal for clinically urgent matters and to call the office or the local crisis number if the client cannot wait for the next time they have an appointment.

    Allow me to set how far out clients can book appointments on the client portal. Right now they can schedule 2 months out, but I may only want them to schedule one month out.

  16. Don't allow portal users to view credit cards of other contacts

    If multiple people are added to a client's contact network, don't allow them to view each other's credit cards that are stored in the client portal.

  17. Set which staff member a client can schedule an appointment with on the portal

    When setting up the client portal and allowing clients to self-schedule, allow me to select which staff member(s) a client can schedule with. We don't want them to just schedule with anyone.

    Allow my clients to view and print their invoices and superbills from the client portal without having to sign up for credit card processing through TheraNest.
