It would be incredibly helpful to have the "Client billing notes" on the 'Bill to & Insurance' tab keep a record of the notes that are entered here. Currently one can enter a note, but it can be removed if multiple people are working on billing and there is no record of the previous notes. This has resulted in the loss of important information for billing clients/insurance. Please create a record so that users aren't deleting billing notes/information. Having the ability to check off resolved notes but keep the record would also be helpful.

Yes, it is a lengthy process to create my own quarterly review document, copy/paste the current treatment plan and all of the required information when a couple boxes could be entered to a new treatment plan form (please have it auto-populate from the last treatment plan) which can be edited. Boxes needing to be added would be:
1. Review of progress
2. changes to goals
3. recommendations/discharge planning based on review
4. Date document reviewed with client
5. Client signature
6. Staff signature
7. Supervisor signature if applicable -

Current system creates duplication in workflow.
Proposed changes:
1. Supervisee writes and signs note, places in Notes awaiting approval.
2. Notice alerts Supervisor to check Notes awaiting approval.
3. Supervisor reviews note
4a. If corrections are needed, there should be a reject option with text box to indicate what needs correction. Supervisee edits, resubmits. note back to awaiting approval. supervisor signs
4b. If approved, supervisor approves and signs notKadie King supported this idea ·

Autosave feature needed.
Can you add a feature in which documents autosave frequently? Especially the first page of treatment plans. Autosaving any document with multiple tabs would be really useful.Kadie King supported this idea ·

This would be very helpful for notes approved for not just interns, but also for residents, etc. There should be a way to describe what edits are needed. The current approval process is lacking. This would allow supervisors to teach appropriate note writing/corrections, edits needed, not only in content, but also to cut down on billing errors.

I agree with the comments below. There are certain forms that I need to create which require signatures. As of right now, I'm creating those through another word processing program and mailing/emailing the forms to clients. This makes having EMR very challenging searching to find the right form if I'm using multiple programs to create documents. I need to be able to send them what they need to sign through the client portal.

I would love to see more format options. I agree with others with the usefulness of:
font size/colors
inserting tables
adding an image
adding a blank line for spacing to the next page
repeated text should be allowed (need client initials or signatures on multiple lines)
required choices which require text answers
It is also taking an exorbitant amount of time to create a custom form, which I types on my word doc in 10 minutes.
I am using a lot of paper and ink with the font at its current size.
Thank you!Kadie King supported this idea ·

I agree. I find that having an emailed copy of the statement sent to myself is not an efficient way to keep track of when the last statement was sent. I'd like to see a record of send statements available.
