An error occurred while saving the comment Nichole Sobocinski commentedChoose either individual or group subscription per staff member. Not all providers need group telehealth but some do. It's too costly to do the group subscription for all providers, especially when it's not needed for the majority.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nichole Sobocinski commentedAnytime someone hits the notes tab, a case is automatically created. Is it possible to turn this feature off? This default feature results in many accidental opened cases that we end up deleting.

For large groups with reoccurring appointments, it would better and more accurate for the client's ledger if we could delete an individual from the session rather than marking status as "cancelled". As it is set up now, if you delete it from an individual in the group, the entire appointment is deleted for all.
