If a client does not complete an intake document, I use the resend option to remind them. However, it creates a duplicate of the intake form, and when they log in, they see 2 of the same form, and think they have to complete them both. I can revoke the other forms, but then they get a message letting them know about the revoked forms, which confuses them.
If resending intake forms, is there an option to add whether "new form is added" or "use existing form" or "delete/remove previously sent forms."
If I am using the "share new forms" a duplicate may be necessary (for example, I may need multiple release of information forms, so there are times I need multiple of the same form). But if I am resending, it's more as a reminder to the client to complete.

In messaging with TheraNest, I was told that they are aware of the issue, but have not come up with a solution. I suggested if there is a way to indicate its a parent of the client (in my case this is almost always the case), they should have full access to the client's account until they turn 18, so anything they add should be included in the Client side. Medical EHRs do this all the time as far as I know. Or maybe a button the parent (contact) clicks that they agree to have it saved on the client's side so the therapist has access to it as well.

If a contact enters a CC for payment, it does not show up as a saved card in the client's portal. A contact can click "save this card for future use" but the clinician cannot see this card.

Having the option that the contact network gets text reminders, rather than or in addition to the client. In my case, the client is usually a child, but it's the parent(s) who need the reminder text. Contact network does not get the text, only the number in the client information.

For families with divorced parents with specific court agreements, there needs to be an option that parents in a client's network can only see their own documents (such as intake documents), not the ones sent to/completed by another parent.
For example, I have siblings on my client list. They have divorced parents with specific agreements for payments and how they communicate. If I set up both parents in the portal within the contact network, both parents can see the forms the other parent completed. In one specific case, the parents are not allowed to have this type of overlap based on their court order.

Yes, a read receipt would be perfect so I know that someone received their message. Or, if they didn't, that I need to reach out to them.

If intaek documents are not completed, I try to send a reminder. If I use the "resend selected forms," they get duplicated in the system, so now it looks like 2 of the same form need to be completed. Then I have to revoke the original forms, which also confuses clients. Allow the "resend" forms to send a reminder, rather than add forms into their Forms tab.
