hello, I was hoping there was a setting for permission for each staff member to not allow them to archive cases when they are under supervision and the supervisor needs to sign off before archiving. Is there a permission for the staff members to not allow them to archive a case? If not, is it something that could be added? Thank you!

I entered a client's birthday in their Client Details as 1/31/91 and it kicks back for improper formatting. My biggest drawback on Theranest is that all dates have to be in the FULL format, which seems a bit silly. We should be able to entered the shortened form, and if the system needs to format it differently, it should do so automatically. I really feel this issue needs to be fixed across the entire Theranest platform, as dates must be in full 00/00/0000 format in order to save.

hi i just have a suggestion for calendar preferences- when syncing with my own google calendar- it would be nice to have the option of first name last initial instead of just full name or initials- i have many clients with same initials, but i also do not want their full name posted on my calendar- i'm sure this small change would benefit many. thanks!

If I'm missing paperwork on a client I would like to be able to make a pop up generate as a reminder for me to get that paperwork when I have the client coming in like for example off my calendar or agenda

Turn off email notification that is sent out when appointment is changed by client but leave email reminders still active and on to send out

I am wondering about the "save" feature. It seems like it auto-saves on some parts and not on others. I try to save all the time, but forget and lose important way too often. It would be great if it auto-saved every time you changed pages or functions.

Hello, is there a way to get the location and room added to the calendar feature when it links to a google calendar? right now it just lists the client, date, time, session code. We are a group practice that has multiple counselors that do their own scheduling and we need to see who has scheduled where. Thanks!
